As the Office Manager, I have the privilege of supervising the office staff and overseeing various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This includes assisting with case preparation, ensuring the timely processing of investment and insurance new business, and addressing any out-of-the-ordinary service issues that may arise. I also serve as an assistant to the financial services professionals at our firm and ensure exceptional customer service for our valued clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have witnessed the profound impact we can have on our clients' financial futures. It is this motivation that drives me to provide the highest level of service and support to our clients, knowing that we are instrumental in helping them achieve their financial goals. I joined Moshides Financial Group in 2004 and have been an integral part of the team ever since. Over the years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the people I work with and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
For me, the greatest joy in my job comes from the relationships I have built with my colleagues and the satisfaction of assisting our clients. Being able to provide support, answer questions, and address their needs brings a sense of fulfillment that is truly rewarding. I firmly believe that the greatest value I can offer our clients is the commitment to offer good advice and service. Whether it's addressing their concerns, offering guidance, or simply being a listening ear, our clients can trust that we are here to support them every step of the way.
I currently reside in Ransomville, New York with my loving husband, Norm. Together, we have three wonderful adult children named Meaghann, Jeremy, and Jordan. During my free time, I find joy in exploring new places with my husband and children. We love traveling, camping in our new camper, and embarking on exciting road trips across the United States.
