After practicing law for 13 years, Jeff began his career in financial services in 2007, working as a Financial Adviser and a Branch Manager before joining the Moshides Financial Group in 2010.

 

A native of Ohio, Jeff graduated from Miami University and the Ohio Northern University College of Law.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and earned the CFP® designation in 2010.

 

Jeff has served on numerous occasions as a faculty member for the new York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County and the National Business Institute, lecturing on various topics and presenting instructional materials for attorneys pursuing continuing legal education certification.

 

Jeff currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Amherst, New York Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Chamber’s Business Resource Council, where he serves as the Council’s New Member Liaison.

 

Jeff is an active member of the Bar Association of Erie county and holds the following securities licenses:  Series 4, Series 6, Series 7, Series 24, Series 53, and Series 63.  Jeff also holds Life and Variable Insurance Licenses in New York and is state securities registered in New York and Ohio.

 

Jeff lives in Clarence with his wife, Mary, an Attorney with Chicago Title, and their four children, Abigail, Kate, Madelyn, and Declan.
